Subscriptions

Podraft paid plans are recurring monthly SaaS subscriptions. Billing is processed by Lemon Squeezy. Your plan renews automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from the Podraft billing page. Cancellation prevents future renewals. You may continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, depending on the subscription status reported by Lemon Squeezy.

Refunds

Because Podraft is a digital SaaS product with immediate access after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable after access has been provided.

We may review refund requests case by case for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, or technical issues that prevent access to the paid product.

Refund requests should be sent within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, order details, and a short explanation of the issue.

Refunds may be denied for accounts that violate the Terms of Service, abuse usage limits, attempt payment fraud, or use the service heavily before requesting a refund.

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners. Bank and card processing times may vary.
