Policy section

Product

Podraft is a SaaS product for podcast publishing workflows. It helps generate show notes, timestamps, chapters, social posts, SEO descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, guest bios, and episode ideas from user-provided inputs.

Podraft sells automated account access to software. We do not sell manual marketing services, consulting, custom writing services, agency fulfillment, or done-for-you content production.

Policy section

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.

Policy section

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through Lemon Squeezy. Prices, limits, and plan features are shown on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods.

After checkout is completed and the payment webhook is confirmed, access is applied automatically to the customer account in Podraft. No manual order fulfillment is required.

You can cancel your subscription from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund prior charges.

Policy section

Acceptable use

You may not use Podraft to create, upload, process, or distribute illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or regulated content.

You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, abuse free demos, scrape the service, reverse engineer private APIs, interfere with security controls, or resell access without permission.

Policy section

Your content

You retain ownership of transcripts, guest details, episode notes, and other inputs you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit and process that content.

You grant Podraft permission to process your content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

Policy section

AI outputs

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate statements. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying outputs before publishing or relying on them.

Podraft is not a legal, medical, financial, or professional advice service.

Policy section

Service availability

We work to keep Podraft reliable, but the product may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or changes to third-party services.

Policy section

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, abuse payment or free usage systems, or use the product in a way that may harm Podraft, users, or third-party providers.

Policy section

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Podraft is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Policy section

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. If changes are material, we will update this page and revise the date above.
